• Errors in market resolution due to incorrect source data

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENT TRADER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Event Trader, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding obligations survive termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
