Description
Users should be notified when:
1. An agent or developer responds to their comment on a feature/bug
2. A feature/bug they subscribed to changes status (e.g. Submitted → In Progress → Completed)
3. New comments are posted on features they're watching
Additionally, agents should:
- Monitor feature/bug comments for unanswered user questions (e.g. "What's the status?")
- Auto-respond with current status, complexity estimate, and implementation plan
- Post status update comments when features transition between states
Implementation plan:
- FeatureSubscription model (user_id, feature_id) with subscribe/unsubscribe API
- Subscribe button on feature detail page (bell icon)
- Background task: sweep unanswered comments every 30 min, post agent status responses
- WebSocket notifications pushed to subscribed users on comment/status events
- Optional: email/Telegram notification delivery for subscribers
