Title: Improve the agent instruction character counter
Description:
Could the character counter turn green while the instructions remain within the 10,000-character limit, and only turn red once the limit is exceeded? When it is exceeded, it would also be helpful to show the exact number of excess characters, for example: “243 characters too many.” This would make it immediately clear whether the instructions can be saved and exactly how much needs to be removed.
